Standard Delivery in Shropshire
We have our own friendly and experienced delivery teams, meaning there are lots of benefits for you as a customer:

·        We won’t leave you with any packaging, we recycle it.

·        Delivery times can be specific.

·        Our delivery teams won’t leave your furniture on your door step, they will place it in the room of your choice and where necessary assemble it.

·        Like our sales staff, our delivery teams are knowledgeable about the furniture we sell and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

 

In order for larger items to access your property, some of our furniture can be unassembled e.g. tables and wardrobes, but don’t worry, our delivery team will fully assemble everything for you.

We charge £20 delivery anywhere in Shropshire.

Prior to delivery you will be contacted to discuss your preferred delivery time and day, which may be either AM or PM. Our delivery team can also give you up to 1 hours notice prior to arriving at your premises.

Deliveries outside of Shropshire
For deliveries outside this area, please ring or email for a quote. Once you have been quoted and are ready to place an order, select the 'Delivery outside of Shropshire' delivery option at CHECKOUT. You will not be initially charged for choosing this option and the delivery charge can be paid over the phone seperate from the order. Depending on the location of your premesis, it is sometimes more cost effective for you as a customer to receive delivery from a haulage carrier. 

  

Collecting your furniture

You are welcome to collect the furniture you have ordered from our showrooms, there is no charge for this, however, please be aware that the furniture can be very heavy and often requires a 2 person lift, therefore please bring someone to assist you. Unfortunately due to health and safety restrictions our sales staff are not permitted to lift items above 15 kilos.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your furniture when being transferred to your vehicle.
If you do decide to collect your furniture, when ordering please selection the 'Collection' delivery option.

We understand your furniture is an investment and will bring you many years of enjoyment, therefore, in order to get the very maximum out of your purchase, we will provide you with a product care guide specific to your furniture range. It has valuable advice on how to care and maintain your furniture.

Verona / Milton / Smoked Walnut Collections – 2-4 weeks

Yorkshire / Cottenham / Manhattan Ranges6-8 weeks

We will make every effort to deliver within these periods and will advise you in plenty of time if a delay is expected.
